My favorite holiday treat!

Pomegranate seeds or arils (which I learned today) taste delectable with vanilla ice cream! I love watching one of my favorite movies while I peel the pomegranate, pop out the seeds, and then eat them with vanilla ice cream! Oh and if you decide to indulge in my pleasure, wear something you don't mind getting stained, the juice from the seeds may burst and it stains!

jahardy said...: someone told me to pop out the seeds under water in your sink and the berries float and you can avoid all the mess. I haven't tried it but it sounds like it would work.; November 9, 2010 at 5:51 PM
